After conversion to front end with Yamaha XS500 bits fitted
Modifications included longer stanchions - stock parts are 580mm now 725mm long - work done by All Bike Engineering length increase needed to prevent mudguard hitting exhaust!
Packing pieces top and bottom of steering head to accommodate different bearings
Slugs 22mm dia x 145 long inside top of new fork legs to make up for increased length.
Shims top and bottom of headlamp brackets - to make it look better!
Turn limit fitting - to prevent nasty dents in the petrol tank!
Modify hydraulic brake to fit 1inch bars
Modify handlebar clamps to fit 1 inch bars.
New brake pads and hydraulic lines.
That's it!
